Accès Patrimoine is a platform dedicated to finding and managing [rental] homes in Montréal. It connects tenants with carefully selected properties and supports them from the first search through to move-in.

A complete design of the showcase website and back-office, built around a refined, understated art direction that lets the properties speak for themselves. A palette of black, white and beige, generous white space and condensed uppercase typography give the site a timeless editorial signature, while interior photography takes center stage, warmed by touches of terracotta that echo exposed brick walls. The experience stays fluid, with clear property listings, an integrated map, a structured FAQ and one-step contact. The back-office extends this visual language into a more functional interface, with a dashboard, at-a-glance tracking tables and color-coded statuses.
